Is an eye pencil with a firm and ultra-smooth tip that leaves a perfectly accurate outline. Its formula, enriched with oils (Wild Rose, Castor) and waxes (Carnauba, Beeswax) glides on softly and comfortably, avoiding irritation of the eyelids. Using Tips:
Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, to accentuate the shape of the eye and intensify the look, or blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip.
For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eye shadow and for a smokey effect, under eye shadow.
The eyes are enhanced with a pefect outline, for an intense and lasting effect.
